{"id":4929,"date":"2020-03-15T17:43:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-15T16:43:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apartmentspadova.it\/protection-and-use-of-personal-data\/"},"modified":"2022-06-07T15:30:05","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T13:30:05","slug":"protection-and-use-of-personal-data","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.apartmentspadova.it\/en\/protection-and-use-of-personal-data\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection and use of personal data"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Last updated: April 25, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The art. 13 of &#8220;Code regarding the protection of personal data&#8221; (Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, n. 196 &#8211; as updated by Legislative Decree 101\/2018.), imposes the obligation to inform the interested party about the fundamental elements of the treatment, specifying them in paragraph 1, lett. a \/ f.  the undersigned company fully fulfills this by informing you that:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data is collected in order to: insert personal data in the company IT databases; elaboration of internal statistics; processing of offers to customers and non-customers; requests for offers to potential suppliers; for business administration and fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations, community legislation; customer management; supplier management; litigation management.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using paper, computer, telematic or other telecommunications systems in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, as well as full compliance with the law.
