- Cleaning at the entrance: 7.50 € / once / per person
- Rental tax + green tax, per night, per person: 2.70 €
- Surcharge for late check-in:
- All requests for late arrivals need to be discussed and confirmed by Primo, your host.

Indicative times:
- from 6 pm to 8 pm on workdays: 10 €
- after 3 pm on public holidays or days before a public holiday: 20 €
Cancellation policy
- For reimbursable rates, if a cancellation is made within 5 days before arrival, the cost of the first night will be kept as a deposit.
- For non-reimbursable rates if there is a cancellation or no arrival the entire amount will be kept.
Important
At check-in guests need to present:
- a valid form of identification.
- a credit card as guarantee or a cash deposit (debit cards will not be accepted as a guarantee).
