The website www.apartmentspadova.it, the material reproduced therein, the software we use and make available to third parties, all the information on our site are the property of Primo Gasparin and its suppliers or partners.
Nothing contained in the website www.apartmentspadova.it can be understood as a guarantee and every aspect of the same cannot be used or reproduced, even partially, without the written authorization of Primo Gasparin.
Use and purpose of the site
The purpose of Apartments Padova, through this website, is to promote the “short-term” rental of properties, managed by Primo Gasparin. Through these bookings through www.apartmentspadova.it, you will enter into a contract, legally binding, with Primo Gasparin.
Apartments Padova has no responsibility for any partial or total interruptions of the website, due to any cause not attributable to the same including any maintenance or updates. www.apartmentspadova.it offers an online booking service, therefore also in order to protect the information entrusted to us, any information that appears on our site cannot be reproduced, copied and it is not allowed to insert links or copy programs contained therein for any purpose.
Cost of service
We do not charge any costs for the service offered, nor will any additional costs be applied to the booking of the property or to its rates from Apartments Padova.
Rates, reservations, payment methods and cancellation
The rates published on the website www.apartmentspadova.it include the entire stay and include VAT and all other taxes, unless otherwise indicated on the website or on the confirmation email.
The prices are detailed in the “Useful Information / transparent pricing” section. Through this site, you can book your stay in Apartments Padova with two rates:
- ”Standard” rate: refundable up to 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival, the cost of the first night will be retained as a deposit.
- “Non-refundable” rate: it refers to the three promotions, not cumulative, with increasing discount percentages: “3 nights and over”, “7 nights and over”, “1 month and over”. In case of no-show without notice, the total amount will be withheld.

The total rate includes incoming cleaning (€ 7.50 / once / per person), the tourist tax and the green tax in accordance with the law (per night, per person: € 2.70).
Each stay includes free utilities, linen for accommodation, Wi-Fi, one parking space, breakfast for the day after arrival.
The property reserves the right to apply additional fees to your check-in or check-out (non-exhaustive example: late check-in, additional parking space, extra cleaning or damage caused during your stay). These amounts can be paid before the client’s arrival, at check-in or during the stay. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
All booking and cancellation policies are accepted by making a reservation through the website www.apartmentspadova.it.
Acceptance of reservations and communications
After booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Apartments Padova. For any doubt or clarification, our information service will be available via email and call center. We will also ask you after your stay to send us an evaluation on the characteristics of the location. You can also later receive offers or promotions from Apartments Padova.
Ratings and comments
Once you have returned from your stay, it is advisable to express an opinion on the structure to allow future guests to evaluate the location. This opinion can be published on Facebook on the apartmentspadova page only by people who have really stayed in the structure, it cannot contain terms offensive to decency and good taste, it cannot contain insults, imprecations of any kind and must be relevant to the purpose for which are requested. Should the above conditions occur, Apartments Padova has the right not to publish or cancel any judgments that are not in line with the provisions.
Apartments Padova reserves the right to use such judgments at its discretion in other sites connected to Apartments Padova, social networks and any other commercial channel at its total and complete discretion.
General clauses and competent court
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and any dispute arising from these terms, the general conditions and our services will be remitted exclusively to the competent courts. of Padua (Italy).
If a part of these Conditions is declared invalid or ineffective according to the applicable law, is or becomes non-binding, then the invalid or ineffective clause will be considered replaced by another valid and effective clause that you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and the remaining Conditions however, they will be considered effective.
