The art. 13 of “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, n. 196 – as updated by Legislative Decree 101/2018.), imposes the obligation to inform the interested party about the fundamental elements of the treatment, specifying them in paragraph 1, lett. a / f. the undersigned company fully fulfills this by informing you that:
Purpose
The data is collected in order to: insert personal data in the company IT databases; elaboration of internal statistics; processing of offers to customers and non-customers; requests for offers to potential suppliers; for business administration and fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations, community legislation; customer management; supplier management; litigation management.

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using paper, computer, telematic or other telecommunications systems in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, as well as full compliance with the law. This information is provided for data: collected directly from the interested party (Article 13, paragraph 1); collected from third parties (Article 13, paragraph 4); received from public registers, lists, deeds or documents available to anyone (article 24, c. 1, letter c), within the limits and in the manner established by the rules on their availability.
Nature of the provision and consequences of refusal to respond
The provision of data is sometimes mandatory based on law, regulation, community legislation: in these cases your refusal to respond will make it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations towards you.

Rights of the interested party
In accordance with art. 7 of the Code, in addition to the information contained in this statement, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing;
the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain, in whole or in part
Updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part.
