  • Reservations

    Search safely for the dates and apartment you are interested in: until you have given the OK to the payment you can make the changes you want or even change your mind!

  • Price composition

    The price of your stay is based on the number of days and the number of guests, plus the cleaning fee upon arrival, waste tax, and the city tax of the Municipality of Padua, as well as any late check-in or other paid services indicated.

    For each additional guest there is an additional cost of €62 per person/per day.

  • Payments

    Choose the payment method you prefer, keeping in mind that: if the rate is “non-refundable,” you receive a discount in exchange for immediate payment; if the rate is “refundable,” you have time until a few days before check-in, or, by prior agreement, you may pay directly at check-in by instant bank transfer or in cash.

  • Invoice

    Anyone who wishes it can request an invoice.

  • Security deposit

    ApartmentsPadova richiede un deposito cauzionale al check in per copertura danni eventuali, via bonifico oppure contanti. Il deposito richiesto varia a seconda della durata del soggiorno, ospiti e appartamento e va da 250,00 a 500,00 euro ad appartamento.
    Il deposito cauzionale viene restituito alla fine del soggiorno, entro 7 giorni lavorativi, con bonifico.

  • Duration of stays

    Above 29 days of stay, it is necessary to stipulate a “temporary contract”, with registration with the Revenue Agency, the cost of which is borne by the guest.

Check in / Check out

  • Documents

    At check-in, guests must provide a valid photo ID.

  • Credit card as guarantee

    At check-in, guests must provide a credit card as a guarantee for outstanding payments or any potential damages (debit cards, prepaid cards, and ATM cards will not be accepted as a guarantee). Alternatively, a deposit can be made by bank transfer or in cash, which will be refunded within 7 business days after the end of the stay, by bank transfer.

  • Check-in hours

    check in is from 2 to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and from 2 to 3 p.m. on holidays and public holidays.
    Beyond these times check in will be considered late and therefore extra service.
    Late check in costs, in detail:

    • weekdays, from 6pm to 8pm: €30
    • weekdays after 8pm: €50
    • pre-holidays and holidays after 3pm: €50

Cancellation policy and penalties

  • Cancellation with standard rate

    For standard rates (refundable), in the event of cancellation within 5 days of arrival or no-show, the already paid deposit will be retained.

  • Cancellation with non-refundable rate

    For non-refundable rates, in the event of cancellation or no-show the entire amount will be retained.
    However, in such cases we recommend that you contact the host.
