From 1 to 30 November, the “Novembre Patavino” Festival returns, with over 30 events including talks, concerts, guided tours and tastings in some of the city’s most fascinating locations, including the UNESCO sites of Padova Urbs Picta.

  • Friday 7 November, 6.30 p.m. – Baptistery of the Cathedral: accordion concert by Sergio Marchesini.
  • Sunday 9 November, 6.30 p.m. – Oratory of San Giorgio: sacred music concert by InUnum Ensemble.

But it is not just about music: the festival also offers cultural itineraries, meetings with authors, and debates on current affairs, science, art and the environment.

  • 📚 Friday 21 November, at the Sala del Romanino of the Civic Museums, Silvia Gorgi will guide the audience through the “Extraordinary Houses of Padua”, a journey among the homes of notable figures such as Andrea Palladio, Elena Cornaro Piscopia and Gabriele D’Annunzio.
  • 🚶‍♀️ On Saturday 22 November, starting from Piazza delle Erbe, there will be a guided tour “Discovering Padua’s Jewish Ghetto”, an opportunity to get to know a symbolic place of memory, culture and resistance.
  • 🎻 Friday 28 November, at Palazzo Santo Stefano, a concert dedicated to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, with the string quartet Les Fleurs Ensemble.

Autumn flavours and Padua traditions

  • 🍷 Tuesday 11 November, at 6 p.m., Caffè Pedrocchi hosts the event “At the table with goose”, dedicated to one of the city’s gastronomic symbols and paired with local red wines.
  • 🥘 In the restaurants and trattorias of the Euganean Hills you can enjoy autumn menus, featuring typical dishes such as Gran Bollito alla Padovana and baccalà (salt cod).
  • From 14 to 16 November, one of the most eagerly awaited events of the month, “Autumn Flavours” in Prato della Valle, a fair dedicated to local products from the best farms in the area.

  • 🎶 The 66th concert season of the Orchestra of Padua and Veneto opens, with performances at Pollini Auditorium and Teatro Verdi until 7 May 2026.
  • 🎭 Until 1 January 2026, the Opera Season continues at Teatro Verdi, with famous opera and operetta arias and traditional Strauss waltzes, creating a festive and refined atmosphere.
  • From 6 to 13 November, the Padova Jazz Festival returns for its 27th edition, a week of great music with Italian and international artists in some of the city’s historic venues — Caffè Pedrocchi, Sala dei Giganti, Teatro Verdi.
  • 📸 And for photography enthusiasts, the exhibition “Live Jazz” by Michele Giotto can be visited at the Scuderie of Palazzo Moroni, telling fifty years of jazz history through author images (1975–2025).

  • 🎨 At Palazzo Zabarella, the exhibition “Modigliani, Picasso and the Voices of Modernity” continues, with works on loan from the LaM Museum in Lille.
  • 🧙‍♀️ At the “Cattedrale dell’ex Macello”, the exhibition “Stregherie” (Witchcraft) runs until 1 February 2026. Through engravings, ancient texts and amulets from the 1500s, it explores the mysterious world of witches, with a special section for children.

Padova Land of Wine Stars

  • 🍇 On Saturday 29 November, “Land of Wine Stars” returns, promoted by Venice Promex, an afternoon dedicated to wine, culture and tourism promotion.
    During the event “Under the Same Stars: Wine, Territory and Identity”, guest chef Chiara Pavan from restaurant Venissa will be present; her sustainable cuisine has been awarded the Michelin Green Star.
